We are delighted to announce that the “Bandierai degli Uffizi” will perform at the Palazzo dei Papi in Avignon on 6 October on the occasion of the inauguration of the week of Italian culture in the French city.
After 2 years where, due to the pandemic, it was not possible to perform abroad, we return to take our traditions around the world, and we do it in a splendid city rich in history.
A small representation of our group, in compliance with the AntiCovid regulations, performed at the weekend that saw the Formula E circus go on stage in Rome for the double Italian stage of the world championship of electric cars.
Another important and unique event that we had the pleasure of participating in even in such a difficult period.
The high fashion tailoring of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana chose Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, for the rebirth of fashion in 2020.

After a parade inside the hall of the 500 of Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, the guests of the designers moved to the arengario of the historic building, to attend a deployment of the Procession of the Florentine Republic and an exhibition of flags and drums of the Bandierai of the Uffizi.
A fantastic setting for a unique and suggestive show.
On the occasion of the celebrations for the historic milestone of the 1000 Grand Prix achieved by the Scuderia Ferrari, the Bandierai degli Uffizi had the honor of performing in the event organized by the same car manufacturer, in Piazza della Signoria in Florence.
In the midst of the historic models of the prancing horse stable, our flags have entertained today’s and yesterday’s riders, as well as current managers, in the middle of a red-colored Piazza della Signoria and artistic projections on the facade of the historic building.

Sunday, September 1, 2019 in the beautiful Piazza dei Priori of Volterra, took place the prestigious return of flag-wavers organized by the hosts, flag-wavers of the city of Volterra, with the flag-wavers of the bear of Pistoia and the Bandierai of the Uffizi in Florence.
The trophy has already been in the Florentine medals in the years 84, 85 and 2000.
The group of Bandierai degli Uffizi traveling to France in the tourist town of Villeneuve-Loubet for the Renaissance Festival, now in its twelfth edition.
On the anniversary of the five hundredth anniversary of the death of maestro Leonardo da Vinci, the association “François Ier à Villeneuve Loubet” hosted our team from August 1st to 3rd to have an all-Italian show of Italian tradition and folklore.
Inside the Renaissance frame of the ancient village, the lily flags and the pressing drums, have honored the great procession for the king Francesco I, entertaining with many daily shows the many visitors and tourists who crowd the charming town overlooking the sea of Villeneuve Loubet.
The Bandierai degli Uffizi have had the pleasure of visiting the birthplace-museum of the famous chef Auguste Escoffier, father of over 5000 recipes and peach melba, the famous ice cream.
